Mark dreamed of being an accountant as a baby. His first toy was an abacus and he never looked back from there. Mark fulfilled his dream and has been an accountant since 2007 and has been Chartered since 2014.
Mark founded Cloud Concepts Accounting to focus on the fundamental principle overlooked by so many accountancy practices – SERVICE! He sees accountancy as a customer service based role and this is what he is passionate about providing to all his clients – great customer service.
Outside of work, when not spending time with his young family, Mark loves football and has a Brighton season ticket. Mark also has a passion for great food and travelling.
Becky joined the team after 5 years working in Production Management for the Television Industry, including working on a BAFTA award winning documentary – she actually got not one but two shout outs in the acceptance speech from the Director!
After deciding on a career move, she is now undertaking the ACCA qualification and working towards becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant.
As a sociable individual Becky loves to have a good chat with just about anybody, especially if it means visiting a sunny pub garden. Despite recently purchasing an electric car, she dreams of one day owning an Audi R8, at least that way she wouldn’t get stuck plugged into a charging point at Tesco again.
Katie joins the team with 15 years of admin and customer service experience – perfect for her Virtual Assistant Role. Deciding on a career change now her children are a bit older, Katie is studying AAT to become a qualified Bookkeeper.
Outside of work Katie will usually be found making toys for her award winning small business. Katie is also an avid reader and football fan, even if she does support Portsmouth!
Ruby joined us with a wealth of customer service experience (noticing a theme here?). She decided to save £50k going university and instead pursued a professional qualification and is currently studying her AAT qualification.
Ruby likes to go on long walks, spending time with friends and family and is always jet setting off to somewhere nice and sunny.
